We use reinforced, double-walled cardboard dividers specifically designed for glass bottles to prevent breakage during transit.
What is the standard delivery timeframe?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered via our carbon-neutral courier within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I return a purchase if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-food merchandise or unopened cases within 14 days of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the mainland UK to ensure our beer remains fresh and to comply with international alcohol distribution laws.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, 100% of our transit packaging, including the boxes and tape, is made from recycled materials and is fully recyclable.
What should I do if a bottle is damaged on arrival?
