At Harvey's Brewery Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our craft beers and merchandise. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns on damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect items to initiate a claim.

  Approval & Labeling

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring bottles are well-protected, and include the return authorization slip inside.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
